Flexibility, optimization and reproducibility

MJH has introduced a business model based on scalability. It’s a flexible management model that drives growth without necessarily compromising resource requirements. It allows optimizing the quality standards of each accommodation, offering the possibility of accessing the services of another establishment belonging to the group but different from the one where the guest is staying.

The advantages of management based on scalability are: the flexibility of the offer, the optimization of the use of resources and the reproducibility of the model with gradual increases in accommodation capacities.

The MJH model envisages the centralization of fundamental activities such as development, sales, marketing and procurement management in the core business in the hands of a highly professional staff, while the management activities of each accommodation facility and guest services are managed directly within them.

The company consists of the two CEOs Alessandra De Faveri and Massimiliano Schiavon. Within the organization are the employees belonging to different sectors such as:
Finance: headed by Mauro Danieli, Finance Controller Manager

Booking Department: formed by Enis Zabotto, Reservation Specialist and Diletta De Faveri Reservation Specialist.

Marketing and Communication: composed of Elena Saltarel, Marketing Manager.
